Product Shipping, Returns & Refunds


Unless otherwise noted, the products on this site are kept in limited stock.  Some items, such as the SHM Club Chapter Shirts are printed on demand due to their custom, small order nature.  Therefore, all orders made are subject to backorder.  If your item is on backorder at the time of placing an order, we will attempt to notify you via email.  For those items on backorder, please allow an extra 7-14 days to receive the item in stock.

Shipping Policy
Currently shipping only within the United States.
For items in stock, we ship within 24 hours of receiving your order Monday – Friday.  If an order is placed on Friday, or the Weekend, we will ship in stock items on Monday.  Depending on your selected carrier, it may take up to a week for your item to arrive after shipping.  Once the item is shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery to the address you provided at order.  We are not responsible for items once shipped.  This is to include failure to deliver, or damaged goods.

If a tracking number is provided by the carrier, we will use the tracking number to help you locate any packages not delivered on time.

Return Policy
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and use a very common sense approach to Returns and Refunds. If there is a mistake we will make every attempt to correct the mistake. If you need a different size/color, we will work with you to get it taken care of. Obviously, we ask that any returns be received in new condition so we may resell the item.

If a return or refund is authorized, (see Returns & Refunds) any shipping expense to return the item is the responsibility of the customer.  If you are shipping anything over $75 you should consider having it insured.

Returns must be within 30 days from the original date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If an exchange is requested, it will be subject to current availability. Unless the return is due to an error on our part, shipping costs will be your responsibility.

If you are not happy with your product, we will refund your purchase within 30 days of original purchase. Please contact us at: help (at) big life gear dot com for instructions on processing your request. Unless the refund is due to an error on our part or defective merchandise, shipping costs will be your responsibility.

All Returns & Refunds must be approved prior to shipping.
